Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

You own a caseload end to end: assessment, treatment planning, parent training and supervision of the RBTs delivering the work. Because the practice is BCBA-owned, clinical calls are not overridden by a corporate office — the trade-off is that they are genuinely yours to make and to defend.

• Current BCBA certification with the BACB
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas, or eligible to be licensed
• A master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology or a related field
• Experience with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Reliable transportation for in-home and community sessions
• Ability to pass a background check

• Assess children and write individualized treatment plans
• Recommend intensity based on the assessment, not on what a payer would prefer
• Train and supervise RBTs, including the ones working toward certification
• Deliver parent and caregiver training directly
• Review session data and change the plan when it says to
• Take part in ARD and IEP meetings for students we support in schools

Caseloads are built around the availability you tell us about at interview, so bring your real constraints rather than the ones you think we want to hear. Sessions happen in families’ homes and communities, which means after-school hours are usually the ones in demand.

Across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Duncanville, DeSoto, Cedar Hill and Princeton, plus surrounding DFW communities. We try to build caseloads that cluster geographically, because an hour in the car is an hour not spent with a child.
